SAME-DAY URGENT: We are starting to offer online urgent same day bookings. You can book these through the booking link above. Alternatively, you may call the office starting at 9:00am.
PRE-BOOKED: These are for routine follow up and chronic care visits. These spaces are limited and may need to be booked weeks in advance.
AFTER-HOURS URGENT (Walmart Clinic): Offered 7 days a week at the clinic in Walmart Fergus. Appointments are pre-booked the day of the clinic. Click here for more information.
Reminders
Prescription refills
- These may take up to 2 weeks to be completed. Please call your pharmacist for refill requests.
Consult Reports/Imaging Results
- It may take up to 2 weeks or longer for us to get results, please do not call the office asking for results prior to this.
Calling the Office
- Please be patient when calling into the office, we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume.
New Patients
At this time our family doctors are not currently taking new patients.
Our OB/GYN team continues to accept referrals. Please see your family doctor for a referral.
