CONTRACEPTIVES (BIRTH CONTROL) - There are many options for contraception and patients may choose one over another for various reasons. For all contraceptive options see here. Choosing the right option is something you should do with your Family Doctor or Gynecologist.
CONSTIPATION IN CHILDREN - Constipation happens when stool builds up in the bowels and can cause abdominal discomfort. This can happen even if your child has a bowel movement daily. For ways to help treat and prevent constipation here.

EAR WAX - Cerumen (aka ear wax) can be bothersome for many patients. You should NEVER put anything in the ear canal (ie. no Q-tips, bobby pins, tooth pick, paper clip, etc.) Here are some home treatments you can try:
1. Mineral oil – put a few drops of baby oil, mineral oil, vegetable oil, olive oil, or glycerin into your ear canal. Do every evening for 3-7 days.
2. Liquid Colace – put 10 drops of this into the ear, hold head still for 15 minutes, flush out with warm water
